  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Brandra, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Additionally, Brandra, LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling based on the size of your order. Your order should be recieved no later than up to 10 business days after confirmation. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Brandra, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    No tracking number is provided for international shipments. Carrier is United States Postal Service and method is First-Class (delivery times vary depending on destination).

  • 30 DAY GUARANTEE ON RETURNS and EXCHANGES: We will gladly accept any return within 30 days, provided the item is in new or like-new condition (see exceptions below). We will only issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse.
    * All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. Our 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).
    * Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we will not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.
